Terms of Service
This page contains all rules and conditions regarding my artwork and commissioning me. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms, regardless of whether or not you read them.
GENERAL• Please provide a clear reference and any additional information you think is important. It would be nice of you to send me a digital color palette of your character as well.
• You should be prepared to answer a lot of questions so that I could take into account any specific feature of your character. You may be asked to provide google image references for different details
• Please don’t give me references with disruptive watermarks that cover the design and make it hard to see the details
• If you want me to provide you with the progress of the commissions, ask me beforehand
• Deadline – no longer than a month (usually it doesn't take more than a week!)
• If the commission is not comfortable for me to make, I hold the right to turn it down
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS• I accept payment through PayPal only
• You will have 48 hours to send the payment. If you don't pay in this time frame, I will cancel your commission
• I'll start working ONLY after receiving the payment
• There’s a possibility of charging you extra if the design or the idea is too complicated
• I give refunds under certain conditions. If I send you a sketch and you ask for a refund, I will send only 50%. If your commission is completed and sent, you won’t get any refunds
• However, if I didn’t send you the completed artwork within two months, you can ask for a full refund
USAGE• Any commercial use of my artwork is prohibited
• If you don’t want me to post your commission as an example, please tell me that!
• If you repost my art, please credit me
WHAT I WILL DRAW• Humans and humanoids
• Animals of any kind (SFW only)
• LGBT+ themes
• Light NSFW (includes nudity, erotics, r-18 stuff but you should clarify first)
• Scars, wound, blood, etc.
• Alcohol, drugs, etc.
• Disabled characters
• Fat characters
• Chibi furries & anthro (only SFW chibi style!)
WHAT I WON'T DRAW• Extreme fetishes & gore
• Full-sized furries & anthro
• Ferals
• Hate of any kind
• Mecha
• Anything else that’s not comfortable for me

Customs
Base custom includes:
+ colored fullbody (45$)
+ headshot (25$)
+ one character item (free)
+ simple background (free)
= total amount is 70$Extras (+1 headshot, character from back, more items, etc.) should be discussed, and pricing should be increased
